Many thanks for your good service and consideration in dealing with my uncertainties over the course of buying my new ford fiesta. One of my concerns was that if something appears to good to be true it invariably often is. Please feel free to cut and paste this onto your testimonials, assuming it makes any sense.

Despite several misgivings surrounding the process that New Reg cars adopt in purchasing vehicles and passing on the discount to its customers, I have to say that many of the negative things that I had gleaned off the net seem to be over egged and potentially false. As many of your testimonials state the car came in smart order and the actual purchasing went without a hitch. As for insuring the vehicle through my insurers as one that has been registered by New Reg Cars a couple of days before deliver and owned by me, as the person who has paid for it, there was no issue as long as the V10 documents would eventually come to me once they were returned from the DVLC to New Reg Cars. This process can take over 4 months and I am confident that I will receive those once Keith and his team have them.

The car has a full warranty for three years and I am confident that should anything go wrong with it then I can take it to a dealer in the normal fashion.

It is only fair and right to say that New Reg cars operate within a grey area of the literal translation of the law that states something along the lines that the registered keeper must be the main driver and showing at their address. The way New Reg cars avoid this is that the law also allows an unspecified period of grace for the delivery to the owner of the V10. As New Reg only register it just before delivery, they do indeed process the V10 in my name as soon as the DVLC return it to them. In any case I am unable to find any evidence of anyone ever falling foul of the law on this and as long as it is insured, that is the main crux. However it is done and I don’t profess to fully understand it, it works, the discount is genuine, the car is spot on and the service is good. There is clearly an element of trust and so far, they have not been found wanting.

I will fully understand if there are aspects of the testimonial that are incorrect and you don’t want to use it but I felt that your testimonials don’t paint the full picture of peoples potential concerns and this may save some of the questions that I at least felt were necessary to ask.

I will definitely be returning in 2 years to replace my car.

Please advise re what happens with registration / log book ( in my wife's name Marie Louise Crewe )

I would like to say how impressed I am about purchasing a new car from your service.

I have never purchased such an expensive item over the internet and I admit I was a little apprehensive about doing so. However, I can honestly say it was so easy, stress free and saved me a substantial amount of money into the bargain.

There was minimal paperwork but was so comprehensive. Everything about the transaction was superb from the ordering down to the delivery. I was even impressed with the delivery - the car was delivered at 12.15 p.m. and the gentleman who delivered the car was so nice and helpful.

Yesterday I took possession of a little black number from you in the form of a Renault Clio. She is absolutely lovely. I have to say that at first I was very dubious of ordering a car on line but after talking to Warren I had no doubt at all that it was ok.
